We were at the TJM Lockyer 300 – the final round of the Australian Off Road Championship and were able to catch up with Jack Rhodes who took his another podium in the Championship.

Rhodes is fairly new to the Championship and took a while to find his form and reliability in his buggy.  At the Lockyer Vally though, it came together for him.  Other than a wheel issue on the final stage he was able to keep his cool and collected his another podium for the year.

It was a breakout year for Rhodes who scored a podium in the Finke (in Alice Springs, Northern Territory)- the most prestigious off road event in Australia, which he then followed with a win at the next round in Waikerie in South Australia.  A tough round at Coffs Harbour would not thwart his Queensland efforts.  The podium in Queensland saw him take second in the Championship.

In this interview we talk about the Lockyer 300 along with chatting about his year and how he can take the fight to Shannon Rentsch and Beau Robinson in 2015.
