One race winner was crowned on Friday. Russell Ward drove his No. 35 Win Ward Porsche to victory from the pole position in the first of two races for the one-make Pirelli GT3 Trophy Cup USA series. The Houston native is still in championship contention despite having to miss events this season due to the flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey.

After Russell Ward won Friday’s Pirelli GT3 Trophy Cup USA race, it was Alex Kirby who scored the victory in Saturday’s season-finale race. He was joined by class winners Preston Calvert (Diamond Masters), Jim Walsh (Platinum), Jeff Kearl (Silver), and Laura Ely (Silver Masters) as victorious drivers among the field of 38 Porsche entries.
