Skeffington takes out AMSAG Rosewood Rally (Gallery)

The first round of the AMSAG Pipe King Southern Cross Rally Series was held with the Wagga Trucks Rosewood Rally. The event comprised of 175 km competitive over 10 stages with the service park being located in Rosewood, to the South West of Canberra.

The event was dominated by Jayke Skeffington/Mark Patroni in a Subaru WRX. They won every stage to take the win by 4 minutes and 40 seconds.

In second was Thomas Dermody/Eoin Moynihan with the Australian/Irish duo taking the win in Classic with their Ford Escort RS1800. It was a good recovery from the duo after an off road excursion in the Mitta Rally earlier in the year.

Bryan van Eck/Lizzy Ferme came home third in their Toyota Altezza.
