F1 was back and the drivers were behaving themselves (kind of) this weekend, though Red Bull still dominated the headlines. We take a look back at the race
Vettel vs Webber – SniffPetrol went nice with one of their Tweets. Many weren’t
Red Bull: What times could you do? Vettel: What’s Mark doing? That. Minus 1. #F1

Looking further back, Charles Pic was showing some of the form from last year that surprised. It’s not all about the front guys

The race and qualifying was all about tyres. We don’t share this sentiment but you have to wonder if there is so much talk about tyres, if it will do brand damage. Still more fun than the Bridgestones that were as durable as a rock
Can it be true that @pirellisport cannot make a good @formula1 tyre? It really makes me think if I should ever buy a pirelli tyre for my car — Carlos Alfaro (@cg_alfaro) April 14, 2013
F1 always figures out everything, which is why things must continually change (we would like tech changes, rather than sporting changes but, who are we to say?)
@starleyyy Definitely not a great race, but I’d take that over most of what we had during the ‘refuelling’ era of #F1 any day

Rumours were about that Webber was off to Porsche after a tough race. His move on Vergne wasn’t smart
That was silly from Webber to try and pass @jeanericvergne #ChineseGP #Vier #F1

And of course, the memes came

But it all went wrong after a pit stop – you need 4 wheels and tyres on the car, something Red Bull got too – straight away with some more staff training

In the end, the fight at the front was pretty good, especially if you are a Ferrari fan
Alonso asserts himself. Ferrari good to the end. McLaren Lotus and Mercedes fighting for final step on the rostrum #F1

And you’ll be hard pressed to find a better picture than this

And finally, your point scorers
Results: 1 Alonso; 2 Raikkonen; 3 Hamilton; 4 Vettel; 5 Button; 6 Massa; 7 Ricciardo; 8 Di Resta; 9 Grosjean; 10 Hulkenberg #F1
