The success of the three previous editions of the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux could only motivate Pole Position and Stellantis Motorsport to continue this successful and richly endowed promotion cup.
And if certain points of the sporting regulations still need to be refined, the calendar is now official, still based on five meetings… but not only that!
The novelty of 2024 is in fact the appearance of a full-scale Test-Day, since it was set up as part of the Rally van Haspengouw, first round of the Belgian Rally Championship, on Saturday February 24. A boon for everyone, and especially for Juniors who plan to also compete in the Junior BRC competition. Because if no points will be awarded for the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux, the young guns favoring the Peugeot 208 Rally4 or the Opel Corsa Rally4, real racing cars regularly in the wake of the all-wheel drive cars, will be able to happily score at the national level! It goes without saying that this Hesbignon Test-Day, supervised by the technical support of Stellantis Motorsport, will be optional.
The season will therefore officially begin during the Rallye de Wallonie (27-28/04) in Namur, to continue on the ground of the Sezoensrally (18/05), in Bocholt and gear up with the big meeting of the Westhoek, the Ardeca Ypres Rally (21-22/06). After the traditional summer break, the competitors will meet in Saint-Vith for the East Belgian Rally (09/28), before the now traditional two-stage finale of the Spa Rally.
Who will succeed Julian Wagner on the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux prize list? It is still a little early to list the favorites, but what is certain is that many projects are being realized. First trends in a few weeks…
In the meantime, the promoters of the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux wish you an excellent end-of-year celebration! 🥂 See you in 2024…
