Get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of Formula 1 history! This summer’s Silverstone Festival, running from 22–24 August 2025, will pull out all the stops to mark the 75th anniversary of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with The World Champions Collection – the most complete line-up of title-winning F1 cars ever assembled.

From the roar of classic engines to the thrill of modern hybrid beasts, Silverstone – the birthplace of F1 – will be transformed into a living timeline of the sport’s greatest icons.

The World Champions Collection – Motorsport Royalty on Display

For the first time ever, every F1 World Champion will be represented by one of their actual race cars, all brought together at the very circuit that launched the World Championship in 1950. That’s 34 iconic drivers. 34 legendary cars. One epic tribute.

A Proud British Legacy

From Mike Hawthorn’s Ferrari 246 – the last front-engined F1 title winner – to Lewis Hamilton’s record-breaking Mercedes, British champions are front and centre. You’ll see:

  • Graham Hill’s “Old Faithful” BRM, flown in from the U.S.

  • Jim Clark’s game-changing Lotus 25

  • John Surtees’s MV Agusta motorcycle – marking his unique title on two and four wheels

  • Sir Jackie Stewart’s 1973 Tyrrell

  • Jenson Button’s fairytale Brawn GP car from 2009

  • Plus iconic machines driven by Mansell, Hunt, Damon Hill, and more – many still to be revealed!

A Global Grid of Champions

From Argentina’s Juan Manuel Fangio to the Netherlands’ Max Verstappen, the collection spans 15 nations, each car telling its own story of grit, glory, and speed.

Williams Racing – Hometown Heroes

Oxfordshire’s own Williams Racing will display five title-winning cars, including:

  • FW14B (1992) – Nigel Mansell’s dominant machine

  • FW18 (1996) – Damon Hill’s Championship winner

  • FW19 (1997) – Jacques Villeneuve’s triumph
