Jonathon Venter is an aspiring racer in Australia.  At only 16 he did a double at the 2013 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hours – he competed in Class E in the 12 Hours, taking second in class; and he competed in the Formula Ford support races, taking two wins from three races.

Venter competed in both the Victorian State Championship and a partial National Championship in Formula Ford in 2012, taking out the Victorian Championship and scoring a podium in the National Championship.  He will be competing in the Formula Ford National Championship again in 2013 as he aims to step up through the ranks.

He also had success in karting, taking three State Championships and a national title.

We talk to Venter about his Bathurst weekend, his plans for 2013 and goals for the future.
