We caught up with Earl Bamber at the Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour.  The New Zealander went onto take Class B with the Grove Porsche team – a team bring run on the smell of an oily rag (when compared to a couple of the other mega bucks efforts from the Bathurst 12 Hours).

Bamber has been around the Asian racing scene for many years, having won the BMW Asia series in 2006, taking second in Formula V6 Asia despite missing a quarter of the season and last year he took out the Porsche Careera Cup Asia Championship.  He has also competed with success in A1GP, Superleague Formula, Euroseries F3000, Formula Master and the New Zealand Toyota Racing Series.

For 2014 he will be competing in the Porsche Michelin Supercup after competing in a couple rounds last year alongside is Asian commitments.  He also competed in the Rolex 24 at Daytona and hopes for more Tudor United Sportscar outings in 2014.

In this interview we discuss the Bathurst 12 Hours, his 2014 and open wheel racing.
