Not everything at a race meeting happens on track. We thought we’d bring you a gallery from what happens away from the TV cameras. A great insight from Jim Fonseca from his trip to the ALMS at Laguna Seca.
Driver signings are always popular and it is great to see Risi back
The Rebellion drivers pose for photos and sign autographs. Between accredited media, fan and team photos it would be impossible to predict how many photos that would be shot. Though a gazillion would be a good guess.
Corvette. A great race seat filled with great drivers. Jan Magnussen, in focus.
We forget the officials, except when we don’t agree with them. From us we say thanks. Without them, there would be no racing.
The NGT pits in the Porsche paddock. The paddocks everywhere (well except for F1 and the like) usually put the crews and very expensive cars in temporary structures
Not all the shiny cars are on the track. You could own the road going car too, if you’re lucky/rich enough
