An incredible four-day celebration of the cars, drivers and people who contributed to Porsche’s substantial racing legacy took place at Porsche Rennsport Reunion VI. Monterey County hosted the German automaker at the iconic WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the largest Porsche gathering yet.

Attendees turned out in droves to celebrate the “Marque of Champions” in what is also the high point of Porsche’s yearlong 70th anniversary celebration. Over 300 cars with race provenance brought Porsche racing history back to life on the 11-turn, 2.238-mile road course in seven race groups and special exhibitions. Off the track, the paddock was bustling with the Chopard Heritage Display that showcased 70 cars important to the brand’s history, a lively Porsche Park in the Paddock stage featuring talks with legends throughout the event, car corrals that gathered rare and popular models alike and a group of 17 Porsche tractors that raced from the starting line to the bridge after Turn 4. Hagerty Marketplace was equally thriving with vendors and car corrals filling every inch of space.

The winners of the event include Pierce Marshall in the No. 12 2008 Riley Daytona Prototype (Group 1), Gunnar Jeannette in the No. 4 1969 Porsche 908 (Group 2) and the No. 31 2007 Porsche RS Spyder (Group 6), Thomas Gruber in the No. 58 1971 Porsche 914-6 (Group 3), Patrick Long in the No. 5 1983 Porsche Fabcar 935 (Group 4), Gregory Campbell in the No. 356 1955 Porsche Devin Speedster (Group 5) and Jorg Bergmeister in the No. 17 2012 Porsche GT3 RSR (Group 7).
