It may have been Seb Ogier that topped Shakedown for the WRC opener at Rallye Monte Carlo. But there is a lot more to it this weekend. He, like Loeb, is going for his 8th win on the Monte. But the conditions are warm, too warm to hold the snow and ice. We might see some ice in the mornings…but this is Monte. Anything can happen.
