The revival of the Jobfixers Belgian Rally Championship in the Flemish Ardennes

After an extremely successful Monteberg Rally, it proved that rallies can be organized Covid-proof. It is therefore high time to continue the Jobfixers Belgian Rally Championship.

That will happen in the Flemish Ardennes, because for the first time the Aarova Rally will be included in the Belgian championship.

After several cancellations, it will be the second round of the championship, after the Haspengouw Rally that was held in February. The Aarova Rally has Oudenaarde as its base.

The competition opens on Saturday evening with a ceremonial start on the Grote Markt of Oudenaarde.

Just before the parade of the top drivers of the Belgian rally championship, presented by our speaker Jean-Paul Klinkers, the participants of the Green Tour also conclude their tour on the same stage.

The Green Tour, an event for charity in collaboration with Kiwanis Adrian Brouwer and Aarova, is a tour through Kruisem, Maarkedal and Oudenaarde for electric cars.

On Sunday 11 October there are three loops of 3 special stages on the program: De Bruwaan (8.71 km), Maarkedal (8.95 km) and Kruisem (8.71 km).

The opening stage “De Bruwaan” will be held a fourth time at 17h03, so that around 17h20 the participants have completed a total of 92.11 km against the clock.

In addition to a round of the Jobfixers BRC, including the BMW M Cup at the start, there will also be a round of the RACB Rally Criterium on exactly the same route. The registrations (450 euros for the Jobfixers BRC and 400 euros for the Criterium) for the Aarova Rally are now open on www.aarovarally.com.
