NASCAR: Larson dominates late, wins in Richmond

It took a late caution and a final 25 lap dash, but Kyle Larson finally made his way to victory lane for the first time in 2023 as Chevrolet and Hendrick Motorsports continue their reign in the Cup Series. Out-dueling teammate Josh Berry (filling in for the injured Chase Elliott) in the final two restarts, Larson took command and never looked back as the 30 year old added win number 20 to his resume. Not to be left out, Berry finished 2nd only 1.535 seconds behind Larson for his best career Cup Series finish in the 3 events he has run in the #9 car.

Ross Chastain, fresh off a 4th place finish in Austin, followed up with a strong 3rd place while Christopher Bell continues to shine as the best car in the Joe Gibbs Racing stable with his 4th place result. Kevin Harvick finished 5th for the Ford camp ahead of Michael McDowell and Joey Logano. Alex Bowman finished 8th in his Hendrick #48 while Ty Gibbs and Brad Keselowski rounded out the top 10.
