Tony Quinn fights for the lead off the start of the first race

Tony Quinn has been a sportscar mainstay in Australia for the best part of a decade.  After making his money in business, the former teen Formula Ford racer returned to the track.  Recently he took over ownership of the Australian GT Championship.  At Queensland Raceway, he found his form, taking a win in the night race and podiums in the Sunday races.  He looked on for a win in race three but just one and half laps from home, his Aston Martin came to a halt.  After resetting the computer, he was able to get going again but the win was lost.

Throughout the weekend he battled with drivers like Greg Murphy, John Bowe and Klark Quinn.  He showed true pace in his Aston Martin and surprised many with his results.  We were able to catch up with Tony to discuss his weekend’s work.
