In our continuing QBE Australian Superbike Championship coverage from Queensland Raceway, we catch up with Luke Burgess who was busy racing in the 250cc Production and the Supersport classes.

Luke is the defending 250cc Production champion and this year is making  a serious tilt at the Supersport title as well.  He had a very strong weekend at Queensland, despite crashing his bike in Supersport and a was delayed in the opening race of the 250cc.  However a front row start in the Supersport and two top 10 finishes in that class, a win and a second in the 250 capped off a great weekend.

In this interview we talk about the racing, and racing two classes in one weekend.  We also have a fascinating discussion about the mind set and tactics that goes into a 250cc race where you pass and repass.  He was involved in great racing with Brandon Demmery where they seemed to trade the lead at every corner.
